Refund Policy

All payments on Rankwar are final and non-refundable.

What you are buying

Every payment on Rankwar is the immediate purchase of a position in a public ranking. Once the payment is confirmed, the amount is permanently added to your accumulated total in that ranking and your position is updated instantly. The service is delivered and consumed at the time of payment.

No refunds

• Payments are not refunded because another participant overtook you later.
• Payments are not refunded because someone bid while you were paying and you ended up in a different position than projected: your payment is still recorded in full and you are placed wherever your total gets you.
• Payments are not refunded if you stop participating, close your account, or a category loses activity.
• The drop in the "price to overtake" when a ranking is inactive does not generate refunds or credits: your total paid does not change.

No balance or credits

Rankwar has no balance, wallet or credits. Every bid is an individual, direct payment. Amounts paid cannot be transferred, exchanged or withdrawn.

Exceptions

We will only consider a refund in case of a duplicate charge or a technical error attributable to Rankwar where the payment was charged but never recorded in the ranking. Email us at soporte@rankwar.pro within 30 days of the charge, with your account email and the receipt.

Payment processor

Payments are processed by Dodo Payments, acting as authorized reseller (Merchant of Record). The charge may appear on your statement under their name. Please contact us before opening a dispute with your bank.
